In Bacterial Takeover, you start by tapping to produce bacteria and later unlock automatic production. Upgrade your colonies, research mutations, and use nanobots to strengthen your bacteria armies as you infect and destroy planets.

It sits in the Clicker / Idle / Prestige / Numbers / Management corner of the genre. Like most idle games it runs on a simple loop — earn, reinvest, automate — but the depth is in how long that loop keeps unfolding. Expect to check in, make a few decisions, and watch the numbers climb whether you're at the keyboard or not.
