In Critter Mound, you breed critters that inherit various traits affecting their roles in mining, farming, and combat. Assign them as workers or soldiers, lead battles, explore the map, and unlock achievements based on breeding and mutations.

It sits in the Idle / Prestige / Management / Automation / Strategy corner of the genre. Like most idle games it runs on a simple loop — earn, reinvest, automate — but the depth is in how long that loop keeps unfolding.
