what is PXL?

Mine and explore a pixelated world by destroying pixels with balls and buying upgrades in this minimalist incremental prototype.

PXL is a minimalist incremental game focused on mining and exploration within a procedural pixel environment measuring 120 by 120 pixels. Players destroy pixels using balls and can purchase more or faster balls with collected pixels. This prototype is intended for feedback during development.

It sits in the Clicker / Idle / Prestige / Automation / Sci-Fi corner of the genre. Like most idle games it runs on a simple loop — earn, reinvest, automate — but the depth is in how long that loop keeps unfolding. Expect to check in, make a few decisions, and watch the numbers climb whether you're at the keyboard or not.
