what is Shepherd?

Collect wool from your flock and spin it into yarn in this incremental game with a card-based system.

Shepherd lets you gather wool by holding your mouse over sheep and process it into yarn via the top bar. Use cards of varying values to optimize your production. The game was created for a game jam and includes experimental web support with some known browser issues.

It sits in the Clicker / Prestige / Numbers / Management / Automation corner of the genre. Like most idle games it runs on a simple loop — earn, reinvest, automate — but the depth is in how long that loop keeps unfolding. Expect to check in, make a few decisions, and watch the numbers climb whether you're at the keyboard or not.
